Believe it or not, the best way to stimulate your metabolism is to eat more frequently and get lots of sleep. Your metabolism is like a fire, keep feeding it and it will keep burning, if you let it burn down, it will slow. Know what I mean? Sleep is crucial because your best muscle recovery occurs when you sleep. And the better rested you are, the better your workouts will be.

-Natedog019 yea he dose but jdcav24 is better =D and work i just did minces in 2 days and not to lie i see some reasoult its hard to beleave but yea thats how my body works sorry if i cant spell now is that i just got finish doing this work our right now lol

Jeff, the Athlean-X has changed my physique completely, thanks for releasing it! I might even go for a second round! I think you should make another series of Athlean-X for those who have completed the first!
