Edris: This guy definitely knows what he's talking about. he also has very informative videos and understands his audience which is very clear with the workouts he's doing in his kitchen because he understands alot of people don't have access to equipment. Ive been lifting for a while and I usually do cardio at the end of my lifting but since I start watching his videos, I substituted my cardio with his fat burning routine and just in a month i went from 8% body fat to 6% and kept packing muscle size

Nice work Jeff. I'm about to start week 6 of the Athlean X program, and already the results are showing. I've be a gym person since I was a teenager, but its only since I have been doing this workout that I have started getting the type of results I have been aiming for the last 6 or so years. Thank you!

hey i have been working out now for a while and i am seeing results but i was wondering if you do any cardio work like running to help getting ripped or do you just try to build muscle?

hey man im 127 i go to the gym 3-4 times a week and i was wondewring how often should i take whey pprotein of 1 portion which is 28 grams and 70% protein in it?
and money is a bit tight: /

to all the people with no equipment, why dont you just buy some? i mean if you are serious about your body then you might as well. also its not like bands or a couple of weights are way expensive.

I'd like to see more videos like this, I barely have much to work with but I try to make the best of it. so I would really like some more videos like this one

I also want add that I did follow his food tips and I ate everything i wanted but at a healthy combination. makes a big difference!
