the best and only way to lose your belly and get abs is to eat the correct food and exorcise unfortunately there is no easy way to abs no matter what anyone tells you i know ive been working out for 7 years and i had to gain weight i was 9 stone im now 12 and that takes work and time and its the same for any loss or gain ive got nothing against these vids at all infarct I think there great for technique and new useful exorcises. muscle takes work!

hey man. i am a 19 yrs old male. i started going to gym 1 month before. i workout 6 days a week giving 1-2 day rest for workedout muscles. i hav fat deposits around my abdomen and chest. and i got little fat over my biceps. pls tell me a proper plan or way to get a body like urs in 2 months. coz my college starts on september. plss help man

8 minuttes abdominals workout everyday is perfect, not more then that. is needed to get six-packs.
A lot of people even have the packs already but there's a thick layer of fat that covers it up. for those kinda people, running, cardio training and fat-burning exercises might work much better then doing 100 sets of seat ups.

Has anyone here bought his program? is it really as 'explosive' and lean training as advertised? Been bulking for a few months now and basically trying to lean out at this point. Would love to know if his program has unique exercises to get the blood pumping and the fat burning. Thanks again!

like this. you always have something different that i have not seen before. but of course, as I am sure you know, getting a six pack is mainly about diet, not exercises. unless you can get to 10-11% body fat, you will just make your waist bigger by building muscle.

-LTMagic21 I'm sure Jeff's program, Vince's program, or any other fitness guru is great for building muscle. If they have the results to prove it, I'm sure they know what they're doing. I personally follow almost everyone, Jeff, Vince, Lee, Scooby, you name it!

-ozjaban, no you're completely wrong what is wrong with you people. REST is essential for any muscle and ABS is the most important muscle to rest, go look it up instead of arguing and when you're proven wrong then reply back saying 'woops my bad'; )

I'm in real good shape as is. but looking for a program that'll punch me out of this linear progress. have any of you bought into jeff's program? Is it worth it for someone who's been training at the gym regularly for 1-2 years now?

Jeff. u really rock. i tried the fingergrip to build bigger biceps and it really workout. my biceps were in fire. thanks for the tips. Hope you post a killer workout for calves. mine aren't bad but i want to make'em grow bigger.

Hey Jeff. been out of the gym and not training for 3 weeks with a chest and middle ear infection. do you have a rule of thumb for getting back into training after a break like this? 1/2 weights and 1/2 reps or something like this
