-LTMagic21 Your abit wrong there, the English are pretty dominant in Rugby (Similar to what you call Football, just without all the stops and without all the protection on the players, Cricket, Soccer, we have some decent Boxers and MMA fighters, and rowing and cycling are also strong points. You guys just completely dominate Basketball, nobody can even get close to competing with the amazing talent in the NBA ahaa.

hey dude, i dont know if jeff got back to you but you should try to counter balence the weight loss with more calorie in take and also maybe when your doing weights add more weight and get more bulk, have you found that your strength has been deteriorating?

Hi my name is Oscar and I am a soccer goalkeeper. I wanted to know how to improve my beep test. I do not know if you heard of it. I could only get to level 7. 6 and I want to at least get to level 10. Any tips of what workouts and ways to increase my level?

-josonjoy you are losing body mass because when you run long distances your body automatically wants to make your weight less to run farther, so that is why you are losing muscle. try to add more resistance or weight, maybe that will help!

great workout, definately gonna tri it out. USA just doesn't quite have the talent yet to compete with the big boys of soccer. Ghana is too fast and tough, and they probably get bounced out in the 8's.

thats a great workout. unfortunately, the gym I go to isn't really setup for me to use resistance bands like that (or any other way really. I'm going to have to figure out how to do it. thanks again!

to anybody about to do this workout: on that first exercise over the tubing bands, try jumping over as well as just stepping over i just experimented and got a lot more ATHELETICSM involved!

Baseball, Hockey and to a lesser extent Basketball. I will give you that the states does well in the olympics. That being said you are best at sports and ironically obesity.
