TEAM growing up and I loved it. The best part about these guys was that they always seemed to find a way to work out of every difficult situation by being resourceful and using their elements to get the job done. Inspired by this, I wanted to dedicate a workout to MY A Team. Team AthLEAN and put together a bodyweight only workout that they could do virtually anywhere (or in this case at any playground) to get in the best workout possible without compromise. Thus, the AthLEAN-X A-TEAM Playground Workout. Utilizing monkey bars to do muscleups, pullups, dips, killer ab combinations, and X man crunches, this workout is designed to push you to your limits. Will you quit? When you're done mastering this A-Team workout, make sure you head over to and get your complete 90 day training system that can transform you into the a real B. A. in just weeks! Get ripped, build lean muscle and get ready to be on Team AthLEAN!

This is a great video as usual. I have one question regarding your chest: whats the best exercise for the lowest part of the chest, the part where the pec muscle seems cut away from the rest of your body. My chest is starting to develop nice, but i dont seem to have that line underneath the chest, which you have. If you could answer, it would be awesome! -
P. s Great Nikes!

That was really impressive Jeff, without the breaks in between. I notice that this work out doesn't really target and isolate any specific muscles but it's more of a full body workout. Would this help make an ectomorphic hard gainer like myself get bigger?

Are you sure you're taking in more than you're exerting? Many people say, -I eat alot! I haven't gained weight in years but I eat over 12000 calories a day. - Track your caloric intake and you will see that you aren't eating enough.

-RazKaz31 Keep on trying man, The brain is a powerful muscle itself. If you tell yourself something enough times you actually believe it. So The food you eat, the thoughts you think and the exercise that you get! Best of luck man! -Kind Regards-

Always read about these success stories that you send via email Jeff, but hardly have ever seen anyone get ripped or shreaded from the Athlean-X program, apart from the one guy who you first showed on your videos!

This is a great video! I'm starting a movement to bring more people to their nearest playground for exercises where I'm from. You're an inspiration. Is it alright if I share this on my FB page?

-chavamma I've seen that video. I still think I'm a hardgainer. I eat 4000 calories of healthy food per day and I work out well and my body has not gained mass (it's been 14 months)

Hey dude, Do under arm pull ups close to the body as well as outside the body. Also another one hand face in and other out. Same arm distance again.
Good luck! 3-4 sets of 12.
