X, is a unique and powerful compound exercise that trains the body the way it's meant to be trained. together! Stop trying to build a bigger upper chest by simply doing the same old boring single joint exercises. Instead, incorporate movement and power into your movements, and tie in assisting muscle groups like the abs and shoulders and you'll start to see growth that you never thought was possible! When you're done trying this out and seeing what it can do for your upper chest development, then head to to see just how an entire 90 day program full of effective exercises like these can completely reconstruct your body! It's time to get AthLEAN!

Man this looks painful on the back Jeff!
Also a question if you will! I'm experiencing lower back, have been for a good two months now, should i take time off working out? I've realised my mistakes that have led me to this state and I've rectified them, however is it just going to take solid rest without weight training to get rid of it? I've also changed my mattress to a firmer one, changed my sitting posture and been performing lower back strengthening exercises/stretches before, THANK YOU!

Hey Guys. sorry for the cropped video. That's the editing not the camera shoot. Anyway, nothing to get upset about. The essence of the tip is that I say to -turn your thumbs up as you press-. Holding your dumbbells as I am, there's only two places for your thumbs to travel as you press. turn up or turn down. Just turn them from facing each other to a position where they're facing up more towards the ceiling. I'll go over it again quickly in the next video. Enjoy the weekend!

Don't listen to that other guy. If you only work one pec, it will become more defined than the other and look ripped compared to the other one. If you're using dumbells just use the same weight for both arms and eventually it will even out. If you use a straight bar and do a chest press or incline chest press, just make sure you lift evenly and make sure you keep everything straight, and the bar level. Have a spotter watch you and help coach on whether everything is even or not.

hey jeff, got a question for you! I've asked around in blogs and about everywhere else. It seems to me that many guys have this same problem. I believe my chest is holding extra fat or could this be water weight? I'm working mostly on fat loss right now and I believe I am near 10-12% BF right now. Any suggestions as to a workout or something that could steer me in the right direction? Thanks! Keep the vids comin!

Hello Jeff, i've had a question i've been contemplating and was wondering if i can get your opinion or answer. Does it make a difference (when working out) if we exhale or inhale when exerting pressure? Exhaling seems to help better with explosive movements, but i've also seen inhaling while exerting as well. What's the difference between these two?

No, you're not too young. You have to train strictly and not overdo it. Find a good program, coach, read serious stuff not crap that promises miracles. I started training at age 13. I was fifteen before I actually knew anything. By age 17, I won my first physique contest judged by the AAU Mr. America, Joe Abbenda. Go for it, laddy.

I have been working out for a year, and I have quite alot of flab still, because i eat lots of junk food every now and then, but I have quite alot of lean muscle mass too, since i do cardio aswell. my problem is however, that my muscles are very soft when untensed. far too soft. is there any way i can fix that?
