I discovered a nice burst-training style exercise while doing this. Put your legs through a band as Jeff shows, but have the band set at a height so it just lets your feet touch the floor. Then all you do is jump up and down with your feet, trying to keep your whole body in a straight line. Really works the whole upper body, keeps the abs engaged, works the legs a fair amount and gets your heart working real fast! -

JDav24 i like your movies, very imformativ. But since food plays a really big part of the building and keeping in shape wonder if you could you incorporate what you eat. Devote one of your movies to that or simply just adding what you should eat to each program.

-haris123abc hell yea man athlean X will pack on the lean muscle! I've used some of jeffs workouts and i've packed on a decent amount of muscle but im just trying to stay in the 180 lbs area, right now im at 193lbs at 6-2 dont know my bf%
