BSN never explained N. O. Xplode to me.
Cellucor never explained C4 to me.
Then after independent researching, I find some of the ingredients can be dangerous to my body, and they advertise I'll be in prime form at the gym.
Now here's this guy who took the time to explain DMAA and other dangers of pre workouts. Then he advertises his Pre Workout, but he actually tells me what's in it and why he used them. This is how you advertise and inform!

EVERYTHING he says is readily available for free in your local library. and by the way, he makes ad revenue so he's not charging you but he's still getting paid. As he should! Jeff give out creative free workouts that you CAN'T FIND ANYWHERE ELSE. Where have you ever seen someone do half the stuff he does? So what if he charges for it. It's called a job! Haters are just jealous they have to work at Walmart!

this is a good quality pre workout. i just make my own to save some money. what i take is 50g karbolyn (any carb is good really, bcaa 5-10g, glutamine 5g, creatine monohydrate 2. 5g, beta alanine 3. 2g, citrulline malate 6g, caffeine 200mg. intra workout i take karbolyn 50g, bcaa 5-10g. post workout is protein 40g, glutamine 5g, creatine smidgeon under 5g, and a greens powder. expensive at first, but cheaper in the long run and great results. if u can afford his products, DO IT. they top notch!

-kooslap Yeah, you're right that there's been no long term study, but of the studies that have been done, there's been no side effects found yet. I'm trying it out at the moment to see what the hype is about, but only using small quantities, not doing a proper loading phase, and only doing a 4 week cycle - I've noticed an ever so slight strength increase, and slightly more muscular stamina, but that's it. and it has had no immediate negatives, but once Ive used up this lot i won't buy any more

Jeff is probably the only person in the personal training world that I even trust. I sat in stagnation, even with my own research, and barely showed any results. Then I found Jeff and everything changed. He has put so many useful videos on here! I've taken all his advice and tips and smashed all of it together into one kick ass work out and I've reaped the rewards. Plus, he puts enough dedication and care into this that I feel like he knows me personally. I trust this man. End of story.

Jeff has over a 100 videos giving you free workouts, nutrition info and general advice that others charge for, but now since he has supplements selling there is all this hate? You expect to get everything free? This is real life people. Wake Up! If you don't like it, don't buy it. Simple.
I really hope all this hate isn't coming from his followers that have watched his videos and benefited. If it is, then seriously, F-$K You! Go cry somewhere else.

Here is a guy who is GIVING AWAY HOURS OF HIS TIME ON FREE VIDEOS (which I personally have benefitted greatly from) - and I now get to criticize him for creating and selling his own line of supplements, which he not only believes in, but lets ME decide whether or not I agree with?
This is the very definition of a good guy, and an unashamed, credible businessman.

You have the best supplements money can buy. I have taken your supplements to various nutrition shops and every person I speak to say they have nothing comparable. I love your products. I have the AX-1 and the NXT Wolverine Beast Mode. Is there any way you could come up with a -valued members- plan where you give discounts to those Team Athlean members who religiously purchase your systems and your supplements?

You have the best supplements money can buy. I have taken your supplements to various nutrition shops and every person I speak to say they have nothing comparable. I love your products. It repairs the ATP bonds that initally break down into ADP which provides massive amounts of energy for a short time used in explosive workouts like in weight training. Like whey protein provides as with a digested form of clean protein. Isolated creastine monohydrate provides us with a clean simple form of creatine.
