intensity. With a combination of heavy weights, compound exercises and explosive power, John Cena brings it each and every time he hits the gym. That said, in an issue of Muscle and Fitness magazine, John Cena's workout was posted and it looked nothing like the one we have come so used to seeing. Why is that? Because you can't always take a workout like John Cena is doing in those pages and think that it's the ONLY workout that he is doing all year round. Take into consideration his movie prep, WWE travel schedule and the fact that he simply has to save his energy for the ring and you realize that sometimes he has to go lighter in the gym if he wants to be recovered enough to perform his job in the ring! With ATHLEAN-X you are able to do the same thing. You can train like an athlete and still get in the required rest and recovery that is needed to allow your muscles to grow and respond to your workouts. As all superstars in the WWE know, in order to achieve results you need balance in your training. Let ATHLEAN-X be your balance. You can get this program at

-fron052 Bruce Lees training is very ambiguous. Different fans will say different things, I'm currently reading a book of interviews with his old original students. They all state that he only used to train functional movements and emphasized speed training over anything. Cardio was a massive part of it for him and they almost all say that Bruce only started to train muscular hypertrophy for when he really broke into the movie scene. One of his students noted how he had 15- forearms & 13- upper arm

yeah you can sure talk alot, no proof whatsoever. and 99. 9% yeah right, there's so many people that are body builders, and are working out for sports all year round. if i keep up what im doin it's possible, i dont do steriods either and never will. i gurantee at the rate im going it will be simple in the end, and especially if it's 99. 9% of the world, your just trying to sound badass on the internet, and you have failed. so yeah i bet youll NEVER be able to do greater amount of weight. FAIL.

Ahhh the spider man push up, such a simple concept yet such a great exercise! Buy this program, it's only $67. Well worth it, for those that say they can't afford it. Don't go out and eat a few times or skip the beer for a few weeks and you will have enough to get the program. If you live with your folks tell them you will do extra chores for a few weeks if they buy it for you.

Jeff I love your clips a lot and really learn so much from you. But in my humble opinion, you really don't need to take a jab at P90x or Tony Horton to prove your point. Your work has its own merits as does his. He has helped millions across the country and at least has transformed the way I personally approach health and fitness. Sorry if I got you wrong on this.

Great information as usual, thanks Jeff!
What equipment is required to do AthleanX?
I see you do a lot of pushups, working with dumbbells, pull-ups.
I don't have a bench or heavy weights, is that gonna be a problem?
Can you make a quick video what you get with the AthleanX program, like a quick review when you buy the program, what to expect?

I'm not a big fan of John Cena. .At all. Imagine if he did something like Benoit, and went nuts and killed his family? Alllllll these years invested into Cena will be censored like Benoit was. .I will give him this though, he's worked hard for that body. And has worked hard to get to the top.

thanks a 15 year old should soungd 15. and i know whatg it is i never came on this video to brag btw. and props if you really did that much weight, but im saying im younger then you and if i keep workin out i could become really strong and possibly bench that much and just be strong.

if you lift too young and you push your self too much and too hard regardless of your age it can possibly stunt your growth. i lift and work out alot but i am 15 so it isnt a problem for me but if i did it when i was younger i could stunt my growth but i dint risk it so im fine

-tunas707 Core training is what you need. Look up some videos on it. Some exercises include crunches and the plank. The reason nobody can knock Messi off the ball is because he has a strong core. It also helps that he's small. and a footballing genius.
