I look nothing like Jeff i wish lol
I have lost some weight but having 2 jobs and a child (not to mention a wife lol) does mean i cannot always give it the 100% it deserves.
I have never been overweight or anything but put on maybe 5-8 pounds of muscle in the last 12-16months. (Does not sounds a massive amount but lost some body fat so shows a little better imo)
I also do not use any supplements though i am unsure if this would of helped.
The program is good though.

Hi Jeff
First of all let me thank you for your info cause it has really helped me in my search for a better body and Jeff don't care what people say your information is for the best from the BEST period. Although I have a question for you and my question is if you can do a video about soreness because I hear a lot of people saying -you can't workout if you're sore- while some other guy says -it dosen't matter if you're sore or not- please help me?

Not at all i bought it some time ago now so i did not get the extras that come with the $90 package.
I never had an issue with the meal plans although i have had to find a few alternatives being in the UK not 100% is compatible foods.
Exercises are easy to follow sheets and now you can get the program via a laptop ect (i have the physical workout sheets ect)

Jeff, why dont u start making videos like before! Without any treadmills and so on. Workouts that u only need a couple of dumbells, wall, bed. Like u always could invent great workouts without almost any equipment at home u should start doing that again. It was great stuff and really useful

I like how he always shows off his abs just to prove he knows what he's talking about. This dude is an inspiration for people who have aged, but don't let it become a major factor when accomplishing their fitness goals.

Jeff, I saw this video for the first time today and tried the first two exercises. Thanks for these very creative bodyweight exercises. your videos are simply a boon to people who prefer not to use weights!

-elementzeroable is it easy to follow? like so say a beginner could understand and follow easily? im not a beginner but ive seen examples of workout plans and meal plans and they seem complicated.

I listen to your tips and even though I am in the worst shape of my life, because of his tips i can still compete with athletes! OMG thumbs up if you think this guy is the Da Vinci of exercise!

Great idea. How long should one do each exercise? I heard you say 30 secs at the start of the video. Is that long enough? Also was wondering if this would be a good way to end an workout?
