Question - Ok so when ever I do pull ups with my tumbs facing my shoulders/face [which ever one it is] my elbows pop. As in literally they pop loud, and yes it does hurt! Though when ever I do a regualr pull up my elbow wont pop. I would also like to point out that when I flex my arm[s] with my palm facing my face and bring my arm[s] donward my elbow will pop. It will do this for both elbows. I have encountered no one with this problem at all. I would like to knwo if this is serious or not?

Hello from the UK thank you for posting the workout vids, i am 43 and a full time Martial Artist but not in fitness and trying after a back injury and ops on both legs to get back in shape! can you post please post some back and hip stregthening excersises? i would say for the low level up wards please!

If you cannot support your body while doing this shoulder exercise there is another way you can do it. Put yourself in the downward dog position, walk your feet closer to your hands and turn your hands inward. Doing a push up in this position works your shoulders with less weight than the ones shown in this video.

Hi! Do you thunk that this type of intense body weight workout can be effective if you do 20 minutes lower body and then 20 minutes upper body, 4 times a week? I don't have time for long workouts so I tend to fit everything in 20 minutes. I see results, but what about on the long term. Thanks

Not easy but not meant for beginners. Start slowly and with good instructions. There are many DVD's available to help if you do not have access to a gym. Training at home saves money and can be timed to suit your lifestyle. Lots of simple equipment available.

This looks great although I don't have a rope but I can go to the local parks and get a pull-up bar there and may even find the skull crusher thing to do as well. Cheers.

I m going to install a pullup bar at my home so I just wanted to know on how much height so I put it and how much far it should be from the wall. please help me in this

i do short brakes. and do them in short quantities so I won't overtire. like 5 pressups. 10 sec rest. and so for the whole 15 minutes. gives enough workout for me
