X! Full body workouts are one of the fastest ways to train your body and get an intense workout. By integrating multiple muscle groups together, you ignite a muscle building and metabolic one-two combo capable of stripping away fat while adding size. In this Don't Drop the Bell full body workout challenge, you will be put to the test in just 70 reps. While both the legs and upper body will take a heavy hit in this workout, the real challenge is going to come in the forearms. Throughout the entire 70 rep total body workout, you will be required to hold the kettlebell or dumbbell out in front of you with your elbows bent 90 degrees. This will surely fire up the brachioradialis and light up those forearms. In between each exercise in this complete circuit workout, you'll ante up the burn even more by holding the static forearm position for 30 second intervals. Do what you want to pass the time. Heck, I don't care if you fantasize about Jilian Michaels yelling at you to make sure you don't drop the dumbbell! Just be sure to try your best to hold on! These type of burst training workout challenges are great weapons for your workout arsenal. They help you to banish fat and boost your metabolism, replacing the need for traditional cardio circuit workouts. At the same time, you're targeting your muscles with a heavy dose of overload (depending on how heavy a dumbbell or kettlebell you use, which makes this a complete workout powerhouse

Jeff, loving these challenges. I think you have a lot of fans that get pumped to see you push it. At the end of the video when you added -beat me- I was really hoping you would finish with -if you can. - Still excited to do this challenge, but I think more friendly -goading- from you along the lines of:
-Team Athlean, beat me. IF you can. -
May go a long way to getting guys psyched up to do these challenges. Even encouraging guys to post video responses, not just answering in the comments.

I've been aware of this w/o for awhile - but it doesn't quite fit in with my approach. Tomorrow however, we have a weather forecast with 5 degree temps, 25-30mph winds, 30-40 degree below zero windchill, 18-24- of lake effect snow, and Buffalo blizzard conditions - interstates, schools & classes, local roads, and businesses already shut down (as is the gym) - good day to manufacture a basement workout like this+ Can't wait!

Theres actually a harder version of this in the Special Tactix program on Athlean-X. com In that version you do three rounds and each round increases the length of the hold; each time you have to put down the bell, you owe a 10s hang on a pull up bar. It was called Guerilla Tactix and it's in the last week of that program. GREAT WORKOUT! ABSOLUTELY BRUTAL!
