Why are you all haters criticising his methods? I bet that he looks x100 better than any of you whiners. If the method does the trick, then it is ok. There is no perfect way, just the way that has results. And he is showing his results. Don't like it? Then do these exercises like someone else. Pick any of the tons of videos like this one in the internet.

Unfortunately, much of Jeff's physique/muscle gain is attributable to his genetics. While he works hard no doubt, many people can work just as hard and do the exact things Jeff does and yet have significantly less muscle mass. He's fortunate to have good genetics so as to have a high ceiling, allowing his hard work to pay off more than it would for other people.

Thank you for emphasizing that there is no such thing as the -important- muscle, they all need due attention for a complete healthy physique. I hate working out triceps! hate them with a passion. But I give them no more or less attention in my routines than any other muscle group.

For those people saying Jeff is on steroids, no, he is not taking steroids. I imagine Jeff is just very active everyday. I can see a lot of guys like him here in my country. Know what their job is? They're mostly construction workers and masons.

An alternative to a pushdown to those who dont have the equipment would be a dumbbell pullover. They are essentially the same movement. Just make sure you are going far enough back to get a good stretch on the lats.

I did the straight arm pulldowns for the first time last week and my side delts were incredibly sore the next few days. Or maybe it was something internal in that area? I don't know what I was doing wrong.

hey jeff sup big fan have a question when is the best time to do pull up before all excercise or in the middle cuz it takes a lot of energy to do pull up and it might weaken you to finish other exercise
