Jeffy is usually spot on, I-m a -huge- fan, this time though, sorry - no go bro. (Omar-s OHP vids are way better. Ya, must close the energy leaks, tighten glutes and quads, no doubt. BUT then look at the hyper extension of his lumbar on this lift! Ouch! .that-s gonna hurt later, -specially if he starts coming close to BW 1. 0. Plus for whatever zany reason he uses a false grip (thumb not closed, called a -suicide grip- in bench press. Jeff, read Rip-s OHP chapter in Starting Strength and re-do this one.

Jeff, could you do a walk-through of an overhead squat? It is a high risk move, but it is also high reward if it is done right. -If it is done right- being the operative phrase here. I know for myself, and possibly others out there, I stay away from these pretty much entirely because, even with light weight, I can feel that my form isn't quite right. I would like to add them to my workouts, but first I need to know how to do them right, and you are the man for the job!

Hey Jeff, I have problems with my wrists (tendons in my wrist are over grown and pushing the bones apart) it hasn't really affected my lifts and stuff but it has limited what I can left at a certain stage, I was wondering what exercises were good to strengthening the wrists and isolating them when working out? Thanks.

I've done this with wrong form for years. As now my left shoulder makes a crunch noise everytime going down. Can this be fixed anyone? I tried close grip, head through the window as they call it(head through arms, amd wide grip is jus death. But if I could get past the popping, it gives me great results.

Contracting my glutes and tightening my quads to plug energy leak and the explanation about the kinetic chain really helps with all my exercises honestly. From standing OHP to lat pulldown to bench press to everything ever

I like how the videos are supplemented with the written part below which allows me to skim through the content. Very informative and with his low BF%, he's a perfect anatomy for observing great form.

So you're saying when I clench my butt-cheeks, I plug the energy-leaks so energy cannot escape from my a$$? Cool! Didn't know those were energy-leaks I always thought those were farts. :P LOLz

While this is one of Jeff's older videos. I was having trouble with my press as a super hard gainer and I just tried this on my last rep and boy I felt I could double my press weight.
