Hello Jeff,
I've been watching your videos for awhile. You are the most informative and serious for the subject of working out.
I want to take this opportunity to thank you.
I have a question. First I am am an illustrator and I am aware of how things should look visually thin, thick or even fit. My question might be a unique one
dealing with massing out and getting rid of the thin shell. As you know, the overall silhouette of the form tells a lot about the mass of a person. As major muscle forms
enlarge building the overall silhouette, how can you widen the waist line? YES THE WAIST LINE. I feel the waist is the major clue as to how thin or thick a person is.
Just like the neck tells a lot about a person size when he is fully clothed a waist says a lot about the how thick the person is clothes or not.
So many years on and off, I trade a large gut by eating to FILL OUT MY WAIST TO FILL INTO CLOTHES JUST TO LOOK FULLER.
I have a one pac instead of a 6 pack. lol how can I enlarge my waist and still have some def in the center section?

I have been working out for years but have never achieved to Jeff's level of physique. I simply adore him! (No homo)
-Jeff, few things I recommend if you can add in your videos 1) more focus on the angles 2) how many sets and reps as people out there are with variational physiques some has strong biceps but not too strong triceps, some are with strong chest but with weak back so pls suggest us the amount of sets and reps each exercise per workout 3) workout daily routine as in which part to focus what day and what should be the next day looks like how do we cover the whole week? 4) in this video you targetted inner arm triceps, do you have a video for the out curve triceps the sides? 5) do you run plus cardio as well to keep lean? 6) people who are working out for years but still haven't achieved what they always dreamt of and now they are getting over 35-37 of age can they still achieve a physique like you? -

Hi Jeff,
I was wondering if you have ever seen this tricep exercise where you use a barbell bar such as a Smith machine bar. The bar should be about 3' or so off the ground. While you are face down, and in a horizontal position, you grab the bar keeping your arms locked at the elbow. Your hands should be about shoulder width apart and your elbows as close as comfort allows.
Your feet are outstretched as far back from the bar as possible. You lower your head underneath the bar then push yourself back up. This is a killer exercise with almost guaranteed soreness the next day.
I thought of this exercise when I saw you rolling the barbell back and forth on the floor. I think you will really like it if you haven't tried it before.

No doubt your methods kick ass! And they are working on me. Thank you so much. I tell people about your videos and website regularly. I take progression pics of myself from 335lbs in june of 2017 to 219lbs now. I'm getting in hella shape and going to go back into the Army. I am 46 years old and 6'5. Got off of active duty back in 1993. Going Texas National Guard this go around, and also applying to become a Texas State Trooper. I am in the best shape of my life thanks to your contributions, as well as a man named David Goggins, and a drastic change of eating regimen. No bread, sugar, or processed food. Alot of eggs, fresh veggies, chicken, beef, and alot of quinoa. Also a ton of motivation. Thank you again sir.

Hey Jeff, I get that obviously its gonna take time for something as common as arms to develop to a significant size, but to an ordinary person, how long before they actually start freaking out about the size of your arms whilst you're doing these workouts? and that too when youre a normal person, not too big on supplements and not great genes as well, and body fat enough to make your abs invisible, just simple ordinary, trying a little extra protien, naturally, whenever you can, how long before the shirt sleeves start tearing?

this one exercise of bar stretch movement lying down not only works wonders for the inner triceps but also the deltoid and the abs muscles. However I would caution that the head while performing this exercise should be kept in alignment straight otherwise could cause cervical inflammations and displacement of vertebrae which could be persisting problem

A big part of bodybuilding is exercise selection. The vertical dumbbell extension puts too much strain on the shoulder joints and elbows, go to any gym and you'll see that not a one person does that exercise correctly, a better choice would be a barbell. The cable tricep Kickback does nothing to build size you're ultimately working your stabilizers!

Hi Jeff, Just wanted to say that after years of doing Kick backs and cable tricep extensions etc. etc. Tyour tricep workout has my tri's screaming even two days afterwards, wonderful: ) Great workout, thank you so much for putting this up. I was just asking a personal trainer how to build that part of the tricep because I felt like it wasn't growing the way I wanted to and you just helped me in a BIG way. I can't wait to go to the gym and try these workouts for my tricep session. Thanks a lot
