re about to get it in just 7 minutes of stone cold truth. You see, far too many people rely on three words to get them committed to starting what should have been started yesterday-and those are Happy New Year. Each year, people wait until the first of January to find that extra push needed to get them to dedicate to fitness and making a change in their body. Why is that? What happens three weeks later when the new year is no longer fresh in their minds and the resolutions have long since been given up? In this fitness motivation video I show you why relying on external stimuli instead of an innate drive to improve is a recipe for failure. Looking in the mirror every day and not liking what you see staring back at you should be enough motivation to change your habits starting today. As I mention, if you had a nail sticking in your foot that was causing pain and discomfort, you would remove it right away wouldn-t you. Like in the next couple of seconds! Well, how come when something pains you emotionally, you let it linger and push off the solution for days, weeks, years or maybe even forever? If you want to change your body you must realize that it is going to take work. It-s not complicated but it isn-t easy either. You didn-t get to the condition you were in overnight and it-s not going to take a night to fix it. That said, starting on your change is the most important (and the only thing) you can do today. You cannot overcome all wrongs in a day, but you can overcome the sin of not starting by taking action today. It doesn-t matter when you wind up watching this video. You can see it on January 1st or June 1st and it should resonate with you if you aren-t in the shape you want to be in. Starting a fitness program and finding the motivation to do so doesn-t require a special appointment or a certain date. It just requires you to dig deep within and find that one spark needed to commit to a change. Stop fearing what that change may mean for you. Stop looking for all of the potential self imposed roadblocks to set up to explain your failure if you decide to give in. Stop fearing what others will think of you because of your new found commitment to making a change. Stop putting off until tomorrow what your healthy and able body is willing to let you attempt today. Start making a commitment to your fitness and getting athlean, starting today. For a complete workout program that lets me coach you to your best shape ever, be sure to head to and get the ATHLEAN-X Training System. Let this be your wake up call to changing the direction your headed to the direction you should have been in for years

Y'all should read this:
Mind motivation is one big thing OK. BUT, you all tend to forget the OTHER big thing to get motivation. => ENERGY
Yup, feeling energetic WILL make you workout it's natural but feeling tired will certainly not. I think it's the main reason why people won't workout, they are too tired (due to their work or someshit.
I am not working so I have all the energy to workout without even needing some special motivation. For those who are tired due to their work you should look on Google for natural recipe to boost a bit the energy.
But the ultimate thing to do is to try to SLEEP AS MUCH AS YOU CAN. And that is very hard to do if you work but it is so effective. Get to bed early the day before you workout.

I watched this about a week after it was uploaded last year. I was googling -workout motivation- and this popped up. The guts of a year later and i gotta say, its been the best year ever. I dropped 60lbs, put on some decent muscle, got some self confidence and as my mother tells me -found my smile-. I love working out and eating healthily now. Its not something i even have to think about. I don't crave junk food and im addicted to the high of accomplishment after every workout. Im going to step it up a gear in the new year and buy the Athlean x program. Im sure i could find a torrent but goddamn i want to give Jeff some money.
Btw, reason Im waiting until the new year is that im straight broke from buying christmas shit ha.

I wanted to add on a little to what I said before. I found the thing that really got to me was creating the habit of doing it daily. After I managed to its easier for me at least. to motivate myself I've been trying to find those people in my life that push me to get better and use everything in my power to motivate myself. Big goals have also helped me, try looking at yourself in that mirror and imagining how amazing you will be if u keep at it. Take pictures so later on u know you've changed and use that to motivate yourself more or record your progress so u can look back on it and know you've improved. The important things in life aren't easy and if u keep at it you'll be that much closer towards them everyday.

Dont know what people find motivational to go and workout. For me i just cant wait to next day to workout again. Its my lifestyle my hobbie and my job. What motivates me are haters, whenever the critize i get more hungry and prove them wrong. I also enjoy of beating my own record. Everytime i lift 5 pounds more motivates me to train even harder. Many people go to gym, but only very little part of it can live with every day and year around. You should be on diet, it should be your diet year around. Its funny when people i will drop fat, next month or something. It should everydays work.

It's so difficult to keep myself motivated! I started working out 2 months back. The first month I never missed a single workout day. I went to the gym 5 days a week. From the second month, I started finding excuses to miss a day here and there. And now on my 3rd month, I'm already at the bottom of my motivation. If i go one day, I will miss the next 2 days. I feel terrible, because I realize that I should keep holding on to it. But its just too difficult to keep up the motivation. I'm really frustrated about the whole situation!

How long does it take to get a nail out of a foot? Maybe a few hours if surgery is involved. Same with chasing a rabid animal out of a house. Getting fit is a much longer process taking weeks months years and decades. Once the nail is out or the animal is gone the problem is solved. Looking good, losing weight, being strong are vague. Basically the human animal is genetically inclined to excel at quick urgent in the moment decisions and fail at long term vague not urgent ones.

Do it, just do it!
Don-t let your dreams be dreams. Yesterday you said tomorrow. So just do it!
Make your dreams come true. Just do it.
Some people dream of success, while you-re going to wake up and work hard at it.
Nothing is impossible.
You should get to the point where anyone else would quit and you-re not going to stop there. NO! What are you waiting for!
JUST DO IT! YES YOU CAN! JUST DO IT!
If you-re tired of starting over, stop giving up.

This video really got me thinking, i enjoy working out and the feeling of accomplishment when its over but when the going gets tough i usually think about my sports. Picturing winning my wrestling matches while bench pressing and what not, but i worry that when my last season ends this march that extra kick will be gone. I love this lifestyle and wont give up if i cant help it. but im going to need a new drive

Jeff thank you so much for giving me the motivation to get off my ass. I know youre going to say its me, and there may be some truth in that, but had it not been for you and Jesse's hard gainer series, id still be the guy looking at myself in the mirror screaming you're too skinny. Im still too skinny, but as of yesterday I started. Now im deciding weather to get AX1 or the max size program.

I have to say that I am tired of the way my stomach looks. I had a six pack when I came to Korea, now it's gone due to diet changes in a different country, alcohol culture influence, and poor motivation. However, this video has given me some -GET IT DONE! - motivation. As my knees hurt, I was thinking of buying a home rowing machine. What are your thoughts
