like muscle here Dwayne -The Rock- Johnson is one big man, and he eats like one too! In this video, I break down the Rock-s daily diet and meal plan to show you what he eats at every meal. In a recently published Muscle and Fitness magazine article, Dwayne Johnson-s meal plan was featured. Instead of just reposting what you can easily read for yourself, I decided to do a breakdown of the most important things we can learn from how the Rock eats. First, let-s take a look at the Rock-s diet plan, meal by meal. DWAYNE JOHNSON'S DIET AND MEAL PLAN Meal 1 - 10 oz cod - 2 whole eggs - 2 cups oatmeal Meal 2 - 8 oz cod - 12 oz sweet potato - 1 cup veggies Meal 3 - 8 oz chicken - 2 cups white rice - 1 cup veggies Meal 4 - 8 oz cod - 2 cups rice - 1 cup veggies - 1 tbsp fish oil Meal 5 - 8 oz steak - 12 oz baked potato - spinach salad Meal 6 - 10 oz cod - 2 cups rice - salad Meal 7 - 30 grams casein protein - 10 egg-white omelet - 1 cup veggies (onions, peppers, mushrooms) - 1 tbsp omega-3 fish oil Postworkout - whey protein shake As you can see, there is a lot of cod in this meal plan! In fact, there are 36 ounces of cod being eaten every day! The national average for cod is seven dollars per pound. This puts the Rock at over $15 of cod every day. That doesn-t even include the additional 4 dollars per day in chicken and steak. Obviously, cost is not a factor for the Rock, however this can become pretty cost prohibitive for the regular guy. Sometimes, supplementation can get you to your protein goals much more quickly and less expensively than with food alone since you can consolidate your protein much more effectively. This would be a perfect example of this. Other key points from Dwayne Johnson-s meal plan is the abundance of complex carbohydrates. When you are looking to train as intensely as the Rock does, you need to fuel both your brain and your muscles with their preferred fuel source - carbohydrates. Protein is another key component of every meal as we discussed. Regardless of where you are getting yours from, be sure to try and get high quality protein in some form at every meal. And finally, as I point out in the end of the video, bulk prep of your food is critical for remaining prepared. The minute your meal plans become a pain for your to follow them is the minute you give up on them. To stay consistent with your eating to build muscle you have to make your food for the week ahead of time. It will make your life much easier. Kidney disease is already a Significant problem in North America due to hypertension, hi protein diets etc.
People would be much better off to first focus on getting enough fibre from various Real Foods (fruit, veg, beans, grains, in which protein requirements of Most would be met while decreasing risk for common preventable diseases. 75-80% of disease in modern western world is preventable.

Guys, losing weight does not need to be hard (I used to think it did. I'll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan known as Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that program has changed my life. I probably should not even be talking about it because I do not want a bunch of other guys out there running the same -game- but whatever, I am just in a good mood today so I will share the wealth haha.

It's cuz -He works out like a Beast- I Remember Michael Phelps was eating -12, 000 Calories Daily- cuz he was swimming -50 Miles a Week-
Unless you're burning as much Calories as these guys are, I doubt 7 Meals is necessary. But it's nice to know what he was eating, I'm definitely gonna try switching it up with Cod Instead of Chicken and get that omega supplement. I hate being sore -

Just an important note on carbs feeding your brain, it is true, parts of the brain need glucose to run, that doesn't mean we have to eat it, the body can make its own glucose through gluconeogenesis if it's not coming from your diet so you don't necessarily have to eat it and risk getting fat causing insulin to store it as fat.

First of all, he doesn-t eat more than 200 g of protein per day. You know why? Because if he ate more than that, all that extra protein wouldn-t go to muscle because muscle have the limit about how much protein they can appect at certain time. This video is extreme bullsh-t and a lie. Disliked: )

What's his Testosterone and HGH course costs?
He is also having lots of COD and Omega 3 to reduce inflammation from the heavy testosterone
I am so sick of these videos that do not address the Steroids and HGH injections into taking it into their account

No average guy should ever try to eat that much. Your body cannot use that much calories, unless you are taking juice. No matter how hard you train every day. All that excess food will turn into body fat.
P. S. Steroids don't kill you. It's the amount.

The rock is NOT on roids and Rosie O'donnell is NOT a disgusting loser. She is an incredibly beautiful and intelligent person. Anyone can get the same size as the rock after 3 weeks of moderate calisthenics/cardio and lots of cod and protein powder.

That guy is taxing his digestive system too much. I don't remember you stating how this isn't sustainable in the long term even though he is on roids. I recommend doing a video with Dr Rhonda Patrick.

As far as i know the high intake of that much red meat causes a high level of omega6 intake. To maintain a healthy lifestyle he need the Omega 3 supplements to maintain the balance between the two fats.
