In it-s simplest form, if muscle growth is achieved by time under tension, stress, and workload, what is the difference between doing 50- 100 reps of an exercise vs doing 3 or 4 sets at 8-12 reps (with rest in between. Is there anything lost or gained in one training model vs the other?

this is the first time that i have seen jeff completely f--ked. but i was really impressed with his effort. ct fletcher is a giant of a man but jeff still stood his ground and preformed admirably. i am proud to call jeff my mentor and instructor and someone that i love to follow.

Take it to the limit, leave it there. These competitions can't really give you anything you really need to progress in self improvement. Even if you FEEL u win. Nice to see a (graduate winner) Everyone cusses sometimes, weights are hard, express it.

How do y-all read -200 reps- and get the nerve to make a comment on form? Tf you think the form is gonna look like doing 200 reps? You ain-t no expert for pointing it out. The whole point of this is to keep tension on the tricep. Get over yourself

Keep your mind from telling you you can-t. Don-t give yourself any negative thoughts. I-m also pretty sure that when you experience things your not sure how to do, the mind will figure it out, but it will seem frustrating.

There is no competition, one man actually trains that way where as the other trains an wholistic approach. I bet if the roles were reversed and Jeff did some exercises the bro would struggle.

All the form police talking about CT-s form. His form is correct. When you extend all the way, you-re releasing tension from the muscles and resting.
