If you want to burn chest fat in order to get rid of a flabby chest, you are going to have to address this problem two ways. First, you must be willing to get your nutrition in order. You simply cannot eat poorly and maintain high body fat levels because of this and hope to ever get rid of your fat chest. Once you have, then all the focus needs to turn towards your training. In this video, I show you a chest exercise combo that you can do in the privacy of your own home to help you burn fat and build a bigger chest. The power of this combination exercise lies in the fact that it can be used to overload your pec muscles while helping you to burn fat as a powerful conditioning exercise. I show you both beginner and advanced versions of this. First, let-s cover the more difficult of the two. To perform this chest and fat burning exercise, set up two benches if you are training at a gym or two boxes if you are working out at home. Get into a push up position between the boxes and perform an explosive plyo pushup while touching both benches with your hands at the top. Land back on the ground and come up to your feet by reversing the burpee position. From here, immediately jump laterally over the bench to your right and drop down into a pushup plank position again. Here you will perform a Hannibal pushup by quickly touching your toes as you hop out of another explosive pushup. Jump back to your feet and leap back to the middle to once again do the taps version of the exercise. Hop the bench on the other side and do the Hannibal pushups again and continue until your chest is either too fatigued to continue or your lungs are burning because of your conditioning. The beginner version of this bodyweight exercise to burn chest fat at home is very similar except that you will perform the first exercise from your knees. The perimeter chest exercise is to simply pulse at the bottom of the pushup for 3 reps and then hop back to your feet. Do not try to jump over the bench or box but rather perform a box jump to the top and then simply jump down. Bodyweight exercises for your chest should consist of more than just pushups. If you are going to do a bodyweight exercise to build your chest then you better make sure that it is causing overload. Far too many home chest workouts fall short in delivering results because they consist of exercises that are just too easy. I have two severely damaged elbows from accidents, the left radial head elbow was shattered and never replaced, no spacer no anything. My right elbow and forearm was completely shattered, titanium replacement ball joint, 2 forearm plates and 15 screws. I can do some knee push ups, some barbell presses, and dumbell exercises, yoga and elastic bands, jump rope But anyu arm iusage is very limited due to pain and lack of rotation. But no bar dips, pull-ups or straight floor push ups and no hand stand. I can do limited planks and regular elastic band stretches, slowliy. Ii want to build up my chest but I not much I do eliminiates my chest and underarm back fat. You videos are great and I have learned a lot as well as utlizde a lot of everything you describe/show demonstrate. But I need some unique help please.

Hi Jeff, first I would like to say that I love your videos. This is definitely one problem I have. I am 59 and had 12 operations in the last 12 years. There's a problem with this video that I can't do and it frustrates me. I have had a knee and hip replacement. Also a quad muscle tear that I am still recovering from. Would you have any other ideas that I can do besides jumping on a bench or box. I used to be in fantastic shape in 2012. But all hell came crashing on me. I am now 300 pounds and totally hate the way I look. Can you some how help me with your expertise. Thanks for your time. Frank

I have up and lower back problems. I was sold muscle until my accident and now I have to much fat in my chest area with alot of chest muscle pain no heart problems just nerve and muscle pain as well as upper&lower back issues. Can you please advise me on what would be a good way to get rid of the fat without hurt my self in the process. Nutrition is not a problem. Its just that I can no longer preform my old muscle strengthening and building regiment and I need help!

SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE. I have a really bad looking chest it looks like a have man boobs. I have excess fat on my lower chest and also makes my nipples pop out. I DONT GET IT BECAUSE IM SUPER LOW BODY FAT. I-m like 10% body fat. - since my brother also has this problem I-m guessing it-s genetics. Am I hopeless?

I think this is an AWESOME way to lose chest weight! Start off with small steps and work your way up. it's not about skill or strength, those will come with time. Call it bull until you work your ass off and feel good about your results in the mirror lol, this isn't for the weak-willed

This was impossible for me 7 months ago, i was obese, i had over 30% body fat, i couldnt do even 1 push up,
Now after 7 months of calisthenics and 1 month of gym i can do 30+ push ups in 35 seconds, i can do 5 pull ups, but i gotta work harder and i want to achieve something

(10 diamonde
10 normal
10 wide grip)
30 squats
X 10 sets. 6 days a week
After 6 weeks no more moobs.
Simplicity at its best.

i'm 1. 75cm and 90kg and even spinning without sitting on the seat is a hard challenge for me xD
it's like telling a guy that have just recovered from a broken lag to run
