Thanks Jeff loved the video. Im looking forward to the follow up. I want to ask what way would you integrate burbpees into a on the go lifestyle workout would it be apart of your overall workout, or would you reserv them for a cardio day?
Also with this how much of a diffrience can a 30 min workout a day, lets say 4 to 5 days a week, will have on overall health?
To that for those who want a bit more devlopment how many days should we try to get a 1 houre 20 min or more workeout in while being on the go?
In all what im loooking for is a blance of health, maintenance and devlopment?

Is it really safe to do chins on a luggage cart? I cant tell you how many times I was tempted to do this but was nervous to attempt it. I am always trying to find creative ways to do pulling exercises in my hotel rooms. Typically I hang my gymnast rings from the bars on the top stair railing, but sometimes there's nowhere to hang them from. The other day I was forced to throw a towel over the door and do them that way. which got the job done, but obviously not as good as a pullup bar.

Question for Jeff or anyone - I'm 15, very skinny around 115 pounds - I work out daily, abs and jogging about half a mile or a mile everyday, and switching off legs and arms/chest/back everyday. About how much protein do I need per day to make this effective? Or anything other than protein that also helps? I'm pretty sure I'm under how much I should be getting. Any advice or a rough amount would be good

Man I really like your videos I have a question sir and I really want an answer Am 18 years old about 176 cm height and am already in the gym kicking my ass hard and I eat every single day chicken or meat, rice, bread but I don't get more fat at all no matter how much food I eat (Shouldn't I get protein) and If yes what type of protein should I take and thanks

Hey Jeff! As a student who sits in class for 6 hours a day, my hips and legs can start to feel pretty tight. I'm sure you've made videos incorporating methods, but could you do a full video on how to stretch out and warm up the hips, legs, and back after a long day of sitting? So do I need a lot of WEAPONS to do AthleanX? I don't want to join a gym. I want to workout at home. More convenient and saves money. I have dumbells and a bench. I'm used to doing HIIT workouts 3 days a week and lifting on the days in between. Basically, I have everything I need to do P90X3 so am I set?

i am so regret for that i have missed this viedo 2 weeks ago, because i just come back from vacation and find nothing to do in the hotel room. if i watch it early, i can do more in the hotel than just 90 burbee jumps per day.
