My chests are strange they are a bit saggy but becasue i only worked normal bench press with heavy weight, they look like a big mountain wehn u go with hand from abs to them, do i need o do upper or lower chest workout to slve this, please tell me?

I don't get it. In some videos he says -Doesn't matter what you do, matters how you do it. - Then in other videos like this one he says you need more exercises rather than limiting your exercises to a few.

WOW guys just watched this video and did my chest day. I have NEVER got such a crazy pump before! This isometric failure where you hold it in position until you can't hold it any longer. what a pump! WHOO!
