t think that just because you might be doing the same set of exercises that it is becoming less effective. It is not. The choice of ab exercises in this workout is broad enough so as to cover all of the major functions of the abs. There are bottom up movements that better hit the lower abs. There are rotational movements that are initiated from the bottom up and the top down to really hit the rotation capabilities of the core muscles. There are also top down movements where the shoulders are lifted off of the ground as opposed to the legs, which are situated at the end of the workout to allow you to keep training your abs when they are fatigued. When there are purposeful ab exercises in your workouts they do not have to be long. The point of this video is to give you a follow along ab workout that you can do anywhere. There are no special pieces of equipment needed to do this. All you need is your body and some space on the floor. You might actually need a bit more than that, and that would be a heavy dose of determination to try and resist the burn of these exercises as you do them. Remember, the pain from ab training is usually only temporary. As soon as finish the exercise and the lactic acid starts to clear the abdominal muscles, you feel normal again. See if you can follow the entire ab workout along with me, resting when I do. If you need extra rest for some reason, don-t be bashful - take it. Maybe you can only do 40 seconds of one of the 60 second exercises. That-s ok, do what you can and rest for the remainder of that exercise. As you get stronger on these you will be able to do the whole thing without extra rest. Here is the ab workout as follows: Seated Ab Circles Left x 60 seconds Seated Ab Circles Right x 60 seconds Drunken Mountain Climbers x 60 seconds Rest 30 seconds Marching Planks x 60 seconds Scissors x 60 seconds Starfish Crunch x 30 seconds Rest 30 seconds Russian V Tuck Twists x 30 seconds So there is an ab workout you can do at home with no equipment that will get you started on getting that six pack you-ve always wanted. If you want to speed up the process you will want to make sure your diet is in place as well. If you want a step by step meal plan to get you ripped fast, head to and get the ATHLEAN-X Training System

Guys I-m not even joking, this gives you abs. I remember the first time I tried this I did it for like 10 days gave up. Tried again a few months later did the the same thing. One day I really dedicated myself to doing it everyday. I can-t remember how long I did it for but I-d say I was on a good streak of 50 or more maybe. At the end of those 50 days or so I genuinely saw abs that I-ve never seen before. I didn-t even have to flex, and that was the first time in my life I-ve ever notice my abs cause I generally didnt believe I had any. I-d say I was and stayed about 17-19 % body fat. So not too lean either. So guys stick with it this will get u those abs. Also I only did it once a day.

For those of you who still find this not do-able after following these workouts for a month continuously with no days off, try some other easier workout for 1 day and don't do this or other Jeff's intense workouts or you can just take an off day. I guarantee you'll perform very much better on the next day. I've been following Jeff's ab workouts for the previous month and still found them hard to completely do them, you know? So keeping up with Jeff's workout got me bored and I tried anabolic's 5 mins ab workout this day and avoided Jeff's and the next day I nailed this video, I can't believe how that happened. Seems like my abs needed some taking care of. Have a good one guys!

Hey,
Please stick with this routine,
i am naturally in quite good shape but within 1 workout-im being seroius, i can already see defined abs. This is the first workout that truly works. I was skeptical at first. YOU CAN AND YOU WILL. You can do it and there are 100% abbs waiting for you. thanks soo much

I noticed that whenever I do exercises on the ground, my lower back or tailbone hurts from the pressure. I may have to do these on a bed cause I already put a mat under my back and butt but it still hurts.
Or the exercises are still to hard for me, so I may need to do the beginner level exercises.

I've been doing this 7 minute ab workout almost every day for about 2 years. Its all i need to keep my abs toned. The only time I stopped was when I was pregnant and after my c section. Back at it. Gave baby a cheese stick, strapped her in her high chair and pointed her towards me. Good to go!

the Intense Ab Workout starts with you talking and talking. i have to scroll to find the workout. No timer. No bell or horns. No music. i would like to do something different, but in a noisy gym i cannot hear you. Just need a timer bell, a horn and music to know that my phone did not freeze

At first this was intensely hard, now it's progressively getting easier. The only ones I have struggles with is the drunken mountain climbers and star fish crunch
Edit: my back actually hurts from drunken mountain climbers as I'm doing them, any tips?

Did this for the first time after doing the 6 minutes video for a long time semi regularly. Absolutely smashed me, could barely finish any of the times. So if you-re struggling, don-t worry, keep showing up. I know I will.
