d think it was anywhere from 5-6 to 5-8 with a weight of 200 to 250 pounds. The truth couldn-t be any further from those stats. In this fitness motivation video I show you why relying on other peoples stats or more importantly, other peoples results instead of an innate drive to improve yourself is a recipe for failure. Looking in the mirror every day and not liking what you see staring back at you should be enough motivation to change your habits. It-s great to look to others for inspiration. Growing up I found inspiration in Sylvester Stallone, and Arnold Schwarzenegger but I recognized only one of them was somewhat realistic in terms of what I could achieve. But that didn-t mean I couldn-t learn from the other. Dedication, work ethic, were just some of the qualities that I-ve taken from my hero of the past. If you want to change your body you must realize that it is going to take work and while only you can do it, it-s also important to realize your results are going to be different from everyone else-s. It-s not complicated but that doesn-t make it easy. That said, starting on your goals is the most important (and the only thing) you can do today. You have no control over the actions of others but you can use their success and the lessons they offer to better yourself. Wether its Dwayne -The Rock- Johnson, Thor Bjornsson, or some that super fit person at your local gym. Learn what you can from them and be inspired by their success but be careful not to measure your success by the success of others. I am close to where you are Jeff. Being in the military I often hear you need to be bigger. Why? Lately I refer to the movie, -Hacksaw Ridge- where they a person who was a bodybuilder. Most people would think he is going to be the hero of the movie because he should handle all kinds of weight and tough situations with all those big muscles. Then there is Desmond Doss. A lean guy who probably 165 pounds. The first half of the movie showed he had a lot endurance through obstacle courses. Most people think he is weak. When it came to the battle the unit had a lot of heavy losses, Desmond Doss the medic saved 75 wounded soldiers under fire from the enemy. He picked them up, carry to the edge of a cliff, and lowered them down to the ground including the bodybuilder guy. He saved more people than any in the history of the US military. He received the Medal of Honor and lived a long life after that.
Strength and endurance is what wins wars.

Jeff you're the man for sure and 100% right about dedication, I'm also 5'10, currently 150 maybe 14% and I look pretty good but my goal weight is a lean 170 maybe 175 but the fact is this, at a certain point it comes down to dedication, I may decide having beers with the boys on occasion is worth never hitting as low as 8% or the opposite, as my physique increases maybe my priorities will change but that's what it's about, finding YOUR max physique. Which will probably be a balance because most of us are not trainers and physical therapists haha

The average weight range for men in terms of mass not exaggeratedly high or low in the society whatever their height iprobably is between:
161 lbs-303 lbs.
(73kg-137kg.
If we consider the lowest and highest normal weights.
And for women between:
115 lbs-237 lbs.
(52kg--107kg.
If we consider lean and fat around us as well and a normal mass as a human being.

Hey Jeff, I haven't worked out in 7 years, I want to lift weights again but I can't because I would get dizzy when I do any kind of weight lifting. I've seen many doctors and they say nothing is wrong with me. I've done physio, acupuncture, chiropractor, massage and none of them have fixed my problem. Do you have any suggestion(s? Thanks.

Thanks a lot this really made things clear for me. Right now at about 250 and I am 5'8 but I have giant shoulders and a barrel chest. My BMI is way to much but there is no way I could get down to 168 like the BMI website said I should be at.

Funny thing is I am 5'6 and 200lbs: ( I'm trying to get back into going to the gym. I know I'm making excuses but damaging my knee playing soccer and the pandemic just made me put on so much weight and I wanna lose all the fat

No normal person should stay below 10% body fat.
Jeff makes his living off his brand and physique and understands his body and nutrition extremely well.
Ordinary people will struggle, and your health will suffer.

5- 10. 5- that is literally about an inch taller than me, I-m surprised I thought he was about like 5- 8- or 5- 9-
5. 8% all year round! I thought he would gain a little bit more like 8% - 10%
