And BTW I have a question not related toy your movie. I am 60 yo. I need more and more time for recovery. How can I speed it up. I can not use any supplement (like cratine) because of problems with my kidneys. I hope you can show me some solution.

Great video! I have arthritis in my left shoulder, and these workouts are becoming quite painful, but there s no way I m going to stop, so I m looking for alternative approaches I am definitely going to try these

I have 66 year old shoulders, so I really like that adjustment of doing the overhead press with only one dumbbell, I also take a bit of a side step to support that slight body lean.

So is shoulder press necessary? What if you only did lateral raises, front raises, and rear delts? Can you build impressive shoulders without shoulder pressing?

. thanks. I would have chosen OHP and high pulls. Such a great loadable stimuli for both the lateral and the rear head.
