Reverse the bands on your squats so thy attache low to the floor. attaching them high makes the weight lighter. I see people do this all the time its dumb. bands should make the weight heavier not lighter

Why dont you go all the way up on your calves? I f you went balls to the walls on your calf workout no doubt your leg workout will suffer.
