Guys, Regarding Casein and Whey, grass fed milk is 80% whey and 20% casein. So, milk is an amazing post work out shake. Add some raw cocoa and jaggery powder for flavor, sweetness and anti oxidant boost.

Odd question. What if you are allergic or digestive sensitive or intolerant to Whey Isolate protein? What is the second-best source?
