I just did your workout but dropped the sets to 4 and I lowered the lbs. After an 1hr-30 mins. I went on the elliptical. man! I was sweating like a defrosting Christmas tree! Awesome awesome workout. Nothing better than learning from a pro!

Those Bent over Rows and Floor dumbell pulls are dangerous if you use that crappy form. Seriously, beginners beware that is not good form. Especially the floor dumbell pulls you look like a scared black cat with that back arch!
