This is the most excellent workout for the legs. I just finished my workout and it was brutal. the pump feeling I got after the workout was simply awesome. Thanks Abel for this amazing and one hell of a workout

Well. Tried this and I can say that it's an insane workout for leg day. legs were trembling by the end and were sore for 3 days. it's a very effective routine. Thanks man.

Best quad workout ever. I did it and was like damn i cant move now. But the end satisfaction was the best. WOULD LOVE MORE WORKOUT SESSIONS FROM ABEL.

This isn-t an -every week- leg workout! It-s too much and a little unnecessary unless you-re a bodybuilder looking to sculpt your quads.

This is too much man, I say do 3 exercises, go to failure on all of them and than do calves. You will be pretty much dead after that
