This biceps workout is a bit different from the normal routine. It's going to be great for blowing the biceps up with blood and getting the killer burn you know you need for those arms to grow John: I have a big question guys can u give me accurate and best answer because i dont know if i am doing right. Before i go to gym i drink L-carnitine 500mg 30 mins before and during my work out i drink BCAA for my intra and after my work out i drink BCAA and i mix it up with 5 grams of L-glutamine and after 30 mins i drink whey protein then after 2-3 hours of rest i do walking or jug in a thread mill for 1 hour and before i go to bed i drink whey protein and i eat 2 eggs for my midnight snack. I go to gym around 3PM and i am done around 4: 30PM-5PM and i start walking or jug 7PM and My dinner time is 9PM and Before i sleep i drink whey protein. My question is after i drink supplements after my workout what will happened if i walk or jug for an hour? do my supplements go to waste or wil it stay even i am walking or jug for an hour? My goal is make my muscle big and burn fats. I workout 6x a week and cardio 4-5x a week.
