Great video! I've been doing stomach vacuums for a few months now and I've definitely seen and felt a difference in my waistline as well as my upper abs and obliques (especially. Takes time to master but it's worth the effort. Consistency is the key to seeing results. But, my lower stomach area seems to be the least affected by this exercise, which is why traditional lower ab exercises are still necessary to complete a flat belly.

Thanks chase. I have the bodybuilder mentality bur have a fat guy body. I get more pumped when I see a fitness/bodybuilder video. Can a guy like me still do vaccum's? I know I can't see my stomach go in that deep but is it worth it? I find it hard to do. Should I still try or just work on getting my belly down first?

Does the V-Taper vacuum also help you lose stomach fat/tone your stomach? And does the ab roller really help tone your abs? I'm a big guy as you can tell in my picture and dealing with hypertension(high blood pressure)I know dieting is the main goal to lose weight but I also explore other options.

I agree with the hanging leg raises and ab roller. I have found this to be the quickest way to shred the abs and lose mass around the waist.
I am looking at starting yoga sessions soon as part of my cancer treatment. I will try the vacuum exercise as well.

don't do abs to have a small waist. It is all about dieting, if you train your abs your waist will grow, as every other muscle you train, abs are a muscle too. Dieting and that enough for abs to show and keep your waist small and have that perfect V shape.

I am glad you mentioned Lee Labrada. He has long since been one of my favorite body builders because his focus was more on shape and symmetry versus pure size. A great role model to follow and I would say you have followed it well. Thanks for sharing.

Yeah, I'm really love doing the stomach vacuum every morning before my working out routine.
It's very awesome Technic. Love it. My waistline is shrinking it up. I'm 5. 10ft/175 lbs/32 waistline.

Have looked at several of your videos. You are almost a different person physically as compared to a year or two back. Great job getting leaner and more cut! Great job with your midsection!

As he said it comes from Yoga. I would suggest to watch PRANAYAM. A breathing technique in Yoga which is some what similar. Google it.
