This program is amazing and versatile! I'm not strictly following the schedule, as I already follow one of Scott's strength building programs. However, I've been using the MB90 workouts (followed by some treadmill jogging) on my off-days and my overall fitness is going through the roof, not to mention my heavier lifting is improving. Having real-time workouts with someone to motivate you and tell you not to quit is HUGE. Love the content/structure. really hoping there will be a 2. 0!

I did a couple days of this work out and it felt kind of boring and slow I was really excited for it and felt like I was getting nothing out of it: (. Felt like I had to do a second workout later in the evening. I reaaaaaally struggle to lose weight and doing this alone would be a challenge to get results.

Getting people who are already in shape to do a workout that is targeted to sell to people who are not in shape and think they can get in shape at home because of your marketing? Welldone guys, I thought this kinda trash died in the late 90s.
Tip, go to a spinning class!

I just ended day 12, and this exercises are no joke, and i know that is very soon, but I've started to getting some results. This program rocks! I just hope that i get lean and not very skinny LOL.

I met Scott in person, was a huge fan. His arrogance and indifference to his fans was a real turnoff. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but I wasn-t the only one who got those vibes.

Inner muscle is important because we use Inner muscle in all Exercise.
So, I do Plank Exercise in Post Workout, Abs Workout.
