You have all requested that I use MFP for tracking my diet more accurately so for this Tasty Tuesday I wanted to do just that for you, use MFP to track the whole thing. Here are my macros for the day (according to MFP)

Hey Brian I always appreciate your videos and effort your put in to help people. Anytime I have had a question you have always answered. I appreciate that. My question today is about cutting. Im currently 6' 1 228lbs I'm looking to get down to the low 200's my meals usually consist of chicken, fish, or Turkey with some veggies and brown rice or sweet potatoes. I usually eat about 5 times a day. Do you have any advice? Also I was looking in taking supplements. Not really a protein powder fan it puts weight on me and I'm trying to lean down. Any suggestions? Again I'm trying to lean down cut fat and keep as quickly and healthy as possible.

Awesome vid, dude. Glad you're breaking you MyFitnessPal virginity; )
BTW, I'm 4 weeks into LOHILO and I'm loving it more every week. I've put on 3. 2 pounds (shooting for 1 every week) and I'm making big strength gains. WAY better than any program I've tried. Sticking to this for as long as physically possible!

MFP gainsss! Haha this is awesome I'm glad you finally gave it a try and damn. You really do have the macro's of the gods thats a great number of calories for being on contest prep lol! By the way great idea on that cocoa powder chocolate pudding I'm definitely gonna have to try it.

Hey not sure if you've gone over this in a video before but how do you keep your body fat so low when bulking? It seems you eat a lot and never seem to gain extra fat. Just seeing how much cardio you do when bulking. Thanks buddy and keep up the awesome vids!

You're right, MFP it's too easy to scan barcode foods. I use to use it a lot, but when you track calories for 7 years, you kinda memorize or guess correctly how many calories/macros things have. Love this series bro.

I've literally never tracked macros ever man, is pretty crazy when I think how much the majority of people do it. I kinda feel like I'm missing out! Awesome series by the way dude, loving your work

Just a quick tip, i don't recommend keeping cooked rice more than one day, it can harbour all sorts of unseen bacteria. You don't want that in your gut!
