So I'm about to start on accutane and I just have one question about the scarring. I know accutane is mainly to stop breakouts from happening while you're on the medication and then prevent all future breakouts but what does it do for acne scars that you've had before you start on accutane? I've read that it clears scars, read that it does nothing for scars, and read that it fades some but not all. Can someone that has gone through the process of accutane give me an answer based off their experience? It would be greatly appreciated.
