What You NEED To Know Before BIG Weight Loss ft. Obese To Beast
video description
If I had a cheat day it would give me cravings like crazy for the next 5 days, after that I ate enough low caloric food to be full.
I think most hunger is cravings.
If you slowly reduce calories but keep volume the same then the body won't freak out, the cravings you just have to go through, tough it out.
Every 4 or 5 weeks I would start to feel tired and cold, my weight loss would stall so I would increase my calories up to maintenance for a week then drop back down.
Its overall the same as having a cheat day once a week but gives the body a chance to find a new set point.
Also you eat so little its hard to get all nutrients so one week of eating foods I have had to restrict like nuts, oils etc is good as I get things I might not have been getting the RDA of.
I have loads more tips if anyone is interested, willing to share all I have.

Another one I thought of is (for those of you who cook) find healthier substitutes/recipes for meals you really like, whether it's fast food, desserts, snacks etc. You could maybe have your cheat day once a week if you really must have fast food, still better than having it all the time. And you're right about taking it slowly. I saw something once about someone who was put on a raw vegetable diet, just jumped straight into it, who was caught by police in Burger King drinking the oil out the fryers! X) poor guy. Those are some really useful tips guys and you both look amazing!

Best advice I can give. If you fall of track and binge and wake up the next day say 6 pounds heavier then the day before, don't panic and think your progress is gone. You didn't gain 6 pounds of fat just alot of water and salt. Just get back on track as best you can after a binge. I lost 85 pounds. Started st 285 st are 17 now I'm 21 190 pounds. If i can do it (someone who thought it was impossible) any one can

That skiing analogy was literally what I did the first time I skied as teenager. It was a brutal day on the slopes, me careened downhill putting everyone else in danger and crashing to stop.

As a woman that lost over 60lbs and got into the best shape of my life, the fact that someone would go through all that and not finish it by skin removal, blows my mind. Makes no sense.

Great video definitely realistic goals is key. Break it all down. Self sabotage is rampant and you never celebrate the small successes if you are too focused on the end goal.
