I made a pizza last week the base was made from chick pea flour and cauliflower. Tomato paste. Topped with chesnut mushrooms, peppers, onion sweet potatoes slices, grated zucchini, halved cherry tomatoes. And melted vegan cheese
Over 40 grams of protein. Only about 15 grams of fat. And 500 cals overall.

I always get nervous about seitan too because it's so hit and miss with people, and it's soooooo important to reiterate that they should not compare to actual animal meat, glad you said to think about it as its own thing. Awesome trip guys!

As a carnivore, I prepare quickly my one meal a day. It seems vegans spend a lot of time prepping, cooking and eating. Brian, if you had a carnivore friend, would you go carnivore for 24hours?
