Hey Brian, I would love to share something crucial with you. Iron is not a good suggestion if you have certain blood disorders, are under certain conditions or treatments. For example certain people store more iron in their liver (ex: from hemolysis ect) and the excess amount can cause liver damage, cirrhosis, ect. This could be idiopathic or inherited ect. Not everybody has their blood tested regularly, unfortunately. As long as you know your results and feed yourself safely and wholly, supplementation is only so necessary, or it is life saving, depending on your needs.
Having your greens, fruits, beans, grains, ect. whichever delicious vegan sources that will truly work and thrive with you, your blood results could be absolutely wonderful.
Brian, please be careful with recommending supplementation. We really love and trust you. There needs to be logical structure as to why you'd put certain things into your body. Nobody wants to cause any harm by doing things that truly don't need to be done. Please lead people safely and soundly with their veganism journey. Saying that, thank you for recommending Chronometer. It's so important to track and know your overall intake and nutrition. Thank you for the rad video Brian. I really value your positivity and insight, as I also value deeply safety and all life on this earth.

Veganism is peasant food. You're starving your brain of the nutrients and building blocks only found in animal foods. We are a part of the animal kingdom and our animal tissues are constantly regenerating and forming new cells. The building blocks for our own cells and body is only found in animal fats and proteins. This guy didn't really discuss anti nutrients like oxalates, lechtins and physic acid, which are very damaging. Veganism may feel good at first but longterm your body will break down. Dark hallow circles around eyes, tooth problems, always need coffee to get going, mental health issues like depression or anxiety. These are all caused my veganism

actually brian, you're not entirely correct. negative calories with celery has been scientifically studied; the paper is titled Exploring the myth: Does eating celery result in a negative energy balance? ; nets very little calories. two stalks have 16 calories, it takes 14 calories to digest. but if you're fuller from eating the non calorie-dense celery, and eat less regular food after, then a negative calorie argument can still be made I suppose.

Im 4 and a half years into veganism. and stayed on the damn junk for the most part: ( Not feeling too hot atm and having some issues. need to go to more whole foods. This is my AWFUL diet lacking nutrients. not veganism. :) Probably one of the only people who gained a lot of weight after going vegan. Also now have a VERY low iron and d3. but my b-12 is good =/ I'm turning it around!

Theres activists like earthling Ed, James aspey, that vegan couple, anonymous for the voiceless Paul Bashir and Asal, Joey Carbstrong, Humane Hancock, Kerstin Brueller (Instagram mostly. Just to name a few if people want to get involved with promoting veganism to as many people as possible. Or doing their own vlogs or blogs on Instagram/YouTube/WordPress etc.

Pay attention to which foods agree with you and which ones don't. It took me a little while to realize that I have bad reactions when eating too much gluten and nuts. By cutting back on those foods the issues I was having went away.

The hardest part for me was eating enough to keep weight on, Ive dropped 25 lbs really without trying. I want to gain some weight back but still be healthy, so the hardest part for me is eating enough calories

If you are ever struggling remember who the real victims are in animal agriculture. Watch films like Dominion, Cowspiracy, What The Health, Forks Over Knives, Game Changers, etc.
