Thank you Caroline for pushing me to do a workout I would generally avoid! I find cardio work hard, however I know its a necessary evil -! I did it and for that I'm pleased with myself for pushing myself out of my weights based workouts. Thank you Caroline for giving me the motivation to do something I'd prefer not to! ---

This was tough for sure, but I didnt get as much of a cardiovascular workout as I like from HIIT. My muscles were tired for sure, but I wasn't huffing and puffing like I'd like. Caroline is a boss though without a doubt! Look at her move!

I did my knee a while back (meniscus and cruciate ligament) and I'm still trying to get it all the way back. Love that this is an agility workout and it's really toning my legs back up. Thank you so much for this!

Fun workout. but definitely a tough one. Had to do modifications for a handful of the exercises. So glad I did this workout. Sweaty and feeling great!

Wow absolute killer, I'm dripping in sweat. Anyone who can keep up with Caroline should be in the Olympics, I definitely felt dizzy at times!
