I started this exercise yeasterday. I liked it veeeeryyy much. I started 3 kg. It was not as difficult as i though. I liked very much the streching in the end. I feel my muscules working -. Feeling great, thnx a lot.

Doing epic 3 currently. Can-t workout Friday and it said triceps so I chose this one to replace. Felt it for sure. And did the ab add on in description! Love that we have so many choices!

AMAZING WORKOUT! you already do so wonderfully but I was wondering if you could do one without weights and include basic exercises like sit ups and push ups and stuff

I liiiiike this workout. Not too hard, not too much reps so I can take heavier weights and it still challenging me! TAKE YOU SO MUCH CAROLINE!
