45 minute Kettlebell full body workout to fire all of your muscles and require a lot of stability and strength of your core! You will need a mat and a kettlebell for this full body workout. The kettlebell I am using today for your reference is 10kg so a lighter option in order to perform windmills and halo. You can of course perform windmills bodyweight only if preferred. If you have a choice of kettlebells, you could absolutely go heavier during certain exercises! Some moves can be performed at a fast pace than others so simply perform at a pace to suit you! The timer will be on for 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest! We repeat each exercise twice, most are one side then the other

I have such mobility issues due to high school/ College Rugby and Football. Im in my late 20s now and i find i dont have the same pop in most of my workouts i once had when i was in my late teens and early 20s. HOWEVER. Every since i started working out with you im getting that strength and mobility back. You-re amazing keep doing what you do and im here for the ride!

Hey Caroline love your workouts (specifically this one. Hoping for more kettlebell workouts from you specifically around the 45-1hr mark. Just having the timer without music would be a great upgrade as well, that way I can play my music but still fallow along especially when I-m head down or not looking at the clock. Thanks a lot! Keep up the great work

before i try this has anyone had any results from doing this? i would really like to lose body fat and get toned (plus doing a healthy diet) and wondering this anyone has had good results from this workout: )

I've been following 30min one all week and really enjoyed it, thought I'd switch it up to 45min one this morning and dislocated my shoulder doing windmills: ( can't wait to heal and go back to 30min one!

This was amazing! I'm new to kettlebells and the swinging makes me so nervous! Like I'm going to be off balance and send it flying through my window or drop it on my foot or head! LOL!

I can't imagine how strong Caroline is, she has no sweat at all. How can it be? I was dying when follow her only 30 min. Hope one day can fulfill her routine

only got 75 percent done, but using heavier bell only for the third time, this is the first time for this workout. will have to do this one again. --
