All you will need for this 20 minute cardio workout is a bottle of water handy and a mat! The timer will be on continuously for 45 seconds each exercise. no specific rest! Slow down when you feel it-s unsustainable, and pause when you need to! Revisited this workout today! I forgot how much I love it. one of my favorite cardios from you! It's doable after a very long day at work and my body says, -Tired! -, but my brain says, -Workout! You will feel so much better! -. So happy I listened to my brain today! Love, love, love you, Caroline!

Caroline the GOAT! This is some Cardio session and more, it felt like an hour. lol. I skipped one or two reps, was recovering from your 30min strength training. Thank you Caroline for all your awesome workouts you share for free and all with a smile. You are super awesome.

It was supposed to be a rest day for me, but I'm so addicted to Caroline's workouts that I just did two of her cardio sessions one after another. Thanks for the positive vibes! I needed to burn energy but now I have even more of it)

great training. But it would be good to clarify that it is not for beginners or medium because it is very difficult and impossible to finish, whereas I have been doing aerobics and core training every 2 days for 6 months.

Way to make a 20 min workout COUNT! Ultra fast transitions with no breaks haha but an amazing 7am sweat to start my morning!

This one was a lot harder than I anticipated! The constant jumping -jacks- really gets you working and fatigued!
