So I was doing this HIIT Workout with such a seriousness and full concentration when my cat suddenly noticed Caroline in the screen and tried to catch her while she was doing the travelling swing and that moment was epic.
I loved the workout. Thank you very much for providing us free workouts! It's the first time in my life that I have lots of fun doing workouts because I get real results and I feel stronger than ever!

I thought this hiit workout would kill me and I would hate it, but it has been one of my favorites so far! It is difficult but I was able to keep up and felt really good at the end - I am also seeing improvement in my push ups and that is really exciting for me -

I only can keep up with caroline hiit with dumbell. Can always crush it. But today i wasn't feeling well, my pace is slower than hiit shud do. But i manage to finished it, and iam proud to my self now. Please make a lot hiit with dumbell caroline. Love you

Ouch! - still sore from yesterday but this was FUN! And a real challenge. Still dropping to my knees with push ups but far less frequently than when I started!

Today's workout actually resulted in neck pain. Probably I did some of the weight snatches wrong. I wonder how to correct my form for fast paced exercises.

Done - I think I drank 100ml of water for every 1 minute of this workout. HIIT days are the ones I don't get excited for but I do them anyway coz I need to.

You know you are in trouble when Caroline only picks up 6kg and the smallest you have are 4. 5. Loved this HIIT though, time to wake the kids now

At 70%: You know how strong you are when you give blow breaths and the dumbbell starts moving. Lol! Only Caroline can do that!

i don't know if i should use 5 or 10 lbs, but considering my hips are sore from day 5 - I might go with the 5 lbs
