Every day I do a workout I-m like: -no more please-, every 20 minutes or so. but then I switch my mindset to: -continue a few seconds longer, push harder otherwise It will all be done after an hour and I will regret not doing just that! -. I have to admit: I-ve become addicted to the sore feeling- if I don-t get a very strong burn I won-t be as sore and I thus will feel I could of pushed harder! - My advise for myself is always: -push that little bit harder, do it with a completely strong and firm body posture and I will eventually feel and see the best results! -. if I don-t do it now, when? If I made the time to do it, do your best even if that means taking a breath once in a while.

It think this may be the first high-impact cardio workout I've done without stopping and that feels amazing. or it will when I can feel anything aside from breathless again.
This was fun and I really enjoyed the selection of exercises - they really felt doable this time around and the intervals were just the right length to be challenging.
Another wonderful workout!
Thanks so much, Caroline!
Stay safe and strong

This was great! Can't remember the last day I was actually driping sweat all over the floor! - I had to change the order of the workouts due to an agenda conflict, so yesterday was Day 32 for me (lower body workout) and my glutes were still kinda sore. Still I went for a 4, 6 km Mother' Day with my kids afterwards! It felt great but I'm not really sure how I'm going to be able to go to work tomorrow! ---

Most days, I can-t wait to exercise. Today, my body was so tired and I was so sad, I just about quit, going so far as to turn the tv off two moves in. But Caroline, your consistent motivation and wonderful smile pushed me to turn it back on, and about five minutes in, my entire mood started to shift for the better. Thank you so so much for taking such good care of all of us!

I love your workouts - best instructor I have come across in years of online workouts. One small request - lots of consecutive exercises that put huge strain on the wrists. AS an older fan (48) extension range in my wrist is not brilliant like a lo of people in their 40s. Have m

I have been doing this workout for the past three months at least once a week and is getting a little bit easier. although I always feel like dying during the last set of burpees! Love how Caroline's workouts make me feel! Strong and empowered---

This workout was vigorous and rigorous.
I am on Epic 2 now and wow. It was good but crazy. You really have to be in shape to get through this one. This one was well designed and did not have a bunch of weird moves.
Grate Job Caroline
