Deadlift Updates RARAYAYA RAA: you should stand a tad bit more upright when you do rows, since you do it after deadlifting it's putting a lot of strain on your erectors. The most important thing is to pull up as much weight as many times as possible, and control the decent, and pull towards your hip in the same way you would do a dumbell row. it's way better for back thickness than pullups are.

Hey Dave will there be a discount in the gymshark store for anything during Boxing Day or Christmas? Cause I just bought 400 CAD of clothing and my wallet has a huge hole in it, No regrets though, love Gymshark

David Laid, when you say that your diet is shitty, you mean that youre not eating that much cause you dont have a diet per say, right? You just ingest a certain ammount of protein/fat/carbs per day

you can use strict form with barbell rows, it's a lot more effective with less sway and a lot better for your lower back, you're just choosing to use sway which is probably what is making you dizzy

Okay so I just looked at the programme, can someone explain why you would do lat pull downs and on the next day do pull ups? And do you move onto push 2 after 3 weeks of push 1? Thanks

yo keep those shoulders behind the knees Try the way Brian shaw does it Ik everyone has their own style ut i personally find the Brian shaw way to be the most comfortable way to do it.

Hey David how long did it take you to recover from your injuries, both of the times. I recently pulled a muscle in my back and I'm wondering how long it's going to take to recover.

ty trainer dylan, his technique added 280lbs to my bench and got me 23 inch arms in roughly 7 minutes. 10/10 would recommend to all those who want to take their training seriously
