Rehab Deadlifts & Mini Documentary Bagrationi: i am 15 i want to have larger chest and some abs to not look like an egg so i calculated my body fat it's approximately 15 % so that means i have to gain muscles+shred them to look better right? and what do i need to do to have V-taper. thing is there is no gym around me so only things i can do is pull ups, push ups, squats, i have jumprope too if it does anything and will these be enough to have decent body? btw i'm 1. 90 cm and i weight around 75 kilograms please give me advice and tips

glucosamine is an amino sugar (Protein + sugar) it is found in cartilage of joints -- because as you know multiple people have joint problems and laboratories tried created the pill BUT after multiple scientific studies oral, IV or IM Glucosamine gets absorbed in the GI tract but it does not get to joints or it does NOT have no effects on the joint even if the joint is made of it --so it's sold for joints as a supplement but only the placebo part works

Dave, with you physique, looks and screen affinity you have a very unique OPPORTUNITY to get into major entertainment/acting/tv/movies. BUT you need to immediately relocate to LA, get an agent and get in front of casting directors. ASAP (probably should have done it 2 years ago. Youth is a key asset and the window will not stay open long. Do it now, or resign to being a fitness personality for good.

I believe I recommended the cupping for you in one of Dylans videos where you were opting to do accessories instead of snap it up more. I recommend now you wait till the marking are gone, and re do it, and get acupuncture at the same time. ALSO check your DM look for lanestevens_ I sent something else regarding your back that helped me get over and properly heal a micro tear in the hip flexor I n a week.

Take care of your back and don't go to the doctors too much cause they'll start making a career out of you. Go to this one go to that one take this take that. And then they'll try to talk to you about surgery. Just stretch and go to the chiropractor. Also leave the sweet potatoes in the oven until the natural sugars spill out. Then they are the best but takes 2 hours

David tall lifters like us need to generate more force on deadlifts and squats because of our long femers, which forces alot more torque on our low back ( you know this. try strengthening your glute maximus and medius more, I'd suggest doing Pete rubbish hyperextensions it has helped me maybe it will help you, good luck dude.

David try acupuncture I had the EXACT same injury as you, and injuries it the exact same way. I tried everything and nothing worked but I got acupuncture and boom a week later I was doing backflips after 3 months of not being able to even put my socks on try it It wouldnt hurt

davidlaid - I know you arent going to end up seeing this. but I had the same issue and have a similar body type. The EXACT same motions and movements caused me to tighten up and i figured out how to alleviate it. hopefully you somehow see this and I can offer assistance

Why was i recomended this teash, youtube is fillee with people who are going to die in less 10 years or go bankrupt due to steroid health issue. Fitness and health is great but must find out why im getting recomendee weird bodybuilder nerds.
