Christmas Q&A Charlie Richards: For me trying to bulk and gain a lot of size I pretty much have to eat some bad foods for you because I dont even eat until after school which is around 2: 45 and then after that meal I go the the gym and try to get in 3 more meals. For example, if you really wanted that 500 lb squat, you would bulk back up, more clean this time and take a little longer, and focus on building up the strength safely. Cause it seems like you are hovering around 190 lbs for a while. Yea its gonna suck eating that clean food and so much of it to gain weight. But it will build more discipline and will actually make u happier cause you will see yourself getting closer to the goal

Congratulations David for your answers, especially the one about your switching up to a healthiest diet. What we put inside our body will definitely affect our health in the long run. So it's perfect that you've been aware of that. Also very good to remember that we just have one body which we need to take very good care of

I also appreciate your honesty about what you would do if you could go back in time We all do things that we later regret, but what matters most is that it's never too late to do things in the proper way. We should all learn from our mistakes and keep moving forward. I wish we were perfect, but that's not the case, lol

I work as a PTT and in my opinion it sounds like you could have grade 1 spondylolisthesis, which is slippage of the vertebrae. Doing anything that puts your back in extension for long periods of time will for sure bother it. You need to do some flexion exercise like pelvic tilts, LTRs, etc.

One thing I do when trying to reach a goal is I ask myself Am I doing everything in my power to accomplish the goal this and listening to music from really motivated times of lifting make me think of why I started and make me want to work as hard as I can

yo dave imma b straight up you'd probably make more money if you released a physical product. like you're personality is your selling point so make something about you. Programs are a saturated and kinda redundant product and people will leak it for free

Hey David I think I have the same back pain as you. I went to a couple of Doctors and a chiropractor noticed that something in my hip is dislocated. I am in chiropractic treatment since around 6 months now. But my back feels a lot better: )

Hey David how fast did you get your begginer gains? They always say I should add 5lbs every time in the gym but I'll constantly get caught on the same weight for two weeks and I'm not even overtrained/ really plateaued. I'm 15 btw
