Fresh cut French fries have been known to be soaked in sugar water before they are fried. I know this because that is what I was taught when I worked years ago at the Eateries at Maryland University. I was told by my supervisor that this process is how McDonald's does their French fries. Therefore French fries; because they are possibly soaked in sugar water prior to being fried, can be massively addicting.

Dude MSG is a widely used addictive spice by food industry. Its used in almost every processed foods. MSG has been hidden behind over 50 diff names! Even simple sounding names like Natural spices etc. sadly they are not talked about much.

It is very important to read the ingredient list, anything with MSG, high fructose corn syrup, ect leave it on the store shelf. Another big of advice I like is if you can't pronounce an ingredient then don't eat it

I've stopped eating some of these stuff and when you start back eating it it almost makes you vomit. the only one I can tolerate is pizza BC who doesn't love pizza

I consume some of these foods on occasion, but now I see why I was not living well when I consumed these. I feel so much better without these.

guess i am blessed that i do not have any crave for sugar or sweetened foods ever since i was a kid, my only problem is fried chicken and spicy things.

I haven't had soda in years, and after years of abstaining from it, I one time had a sip of some and it was so gross I poured it down the sink.
