Again the intensity of the cardio should rn noted. After an intense strength session, most of your cardio is done (because you elevated your heart rate at that workout which places demands on the heart to pump more blood to the muscles) and should do cardio only for the purposes of health. I recommend walking or incline walking since it places less demand on the muscles even after a leg session. A slow walk has negligible effects on the muscles and won t be losing it since walking is not as intense as running. Save your running on your rest days but not after a leg session. Do it the day before legs or a couple days after. But if you want to do cardio while training legs or other body parts, stick to walking. It s a good form of cardio that can help you with fat loss and looking leaner. An incline is suggested since when you walk you don t slam into the surface of the ground so the muscles don t experience that shock compared to walking. Inclining the cardio only makes walking harder which increases heart rate and does not give the shock to the muscles. I know it s a lot but really cardio is that simple.

I struggled with alcohol for few months. Still had gains. But once I quit drinking my pumps are been insane so my strength.
I love the last point tho. The best point. I hate people who don't wipe their shit, or leave plates on. Or rack dumbells in different parts. Like putting 35lbs dumbells on 70lbs spot. Annoying af.

Is it realistic to build muscle while doing around 10 hours of cardio per week? Pro athletes do it, but for mere mortals?
