I currently shredded (8% fat percentage) and have been in a calorie deficit for 2 years. It's definitely super unhealthy. My bowel movements are slow, my stools are an alternation of diarrhea and constipation. I haven't had an erection for months and libido is completely gone. I also have dry skin, a strange white deposit on my tongue and my hair has become thinner. I have also developed massive body dysmorphia and am constantly dizzy. I'm currently doing reverse dieting and have gone from 1400 calories to 2000 calories but I need more time before I feel better.

01) You're likely to get weaker as you drive your body fat percentage further and further down
02) Libido & testosterone levels will go down
03) Nutrient deficiencies
04) Fatigue
05) Belief that you'll be able to look as shredded as the models in the fitness magazines forever
06) Your metabolism will go down
07) Thermogenesis

Also for the ladies when you start getting to that lower body fat percentage, your hormones are out of whack which doesn t just effect your period, but may resemble menopause. Think hot flashes, night sweats, random water weight gain, and fatigue at weird times. But you look great lol

I do not know if you read the comments.
At 8: 30 You mention Movement Efficiency increases but then you stated: You lean against walls, slouch and drive vs walk. This seems contrary to what I would expect from a more efficient body. Would you explain this. Thanks,

When I was buff in the mid 90's, not rip or shredded like him, I would get constant weekly muscle cramps in my upper body, like my chest & back. It's not as painful as cramps in your leg though. Once I'm no longer buff, the upper body cramps never occur again.

Outstanding video and great quality too. But yes, I had med issue years ago where I barely ate for months, then ended with no food at all for 5 days. Ended quite badly, but after the fact metabolism eventually came back to normal. Now, it's the same it was 20yrs ago.

I really like your videos. One of the ways that seems to work for me when I m shredding, but not trying to lose much muscle, is to take HMB with L-Lucein while i m cutting.
