Over the last four months I have been eating five eggs over easy at least 5 mornings of the week. Lunch at work is hit and miss but I typically have some kind of meat protein. And for dinner it has been steak, some mixed veg and a sweet potato almost every night.
The steaks are typically T-bone, I cut out the bone and save the fillet for lunch the next day and I cook the rest which usually is around 8 to 10oz.
Four months ago I was constantly around 205-210. today I am constantly around 190. I also go to the gym anywhere between 2 days and 4 days a week.
This works for me. Basically eat what I want in smaller portionsI even have ice cream sometimes.

I do intermittent fasting with a high veggie/fruit/protein intake. I also workout 5-6 days a week with a daily burpee session and weight training with some cardio. And 2-3 times a week, I do a HIIT session post weight training. I do allow a cheat day no more than once a week. Sometimes I skip a week of having a cheat day but I never double down on a cheat day. I do ABS at least 3-4 days. I have lost over 40lbs in 4 months. My abs are starting to show through, especially the Adonis Belt. Discipline has been tough but because of my night job, but meal prep has been a life saver. I believe by summer I will have a six pack.

So explain how working your chest or back has anything got to do with working out your core. If any thing your core just braces during these exercises it's not under tension its not contracting bad information right here

A lot of it is just genetics. Some guys can't get abs no matter what especially if you're of a northern European ethnic background. The only guys I see with abs at the gym are middle Eastern and Italian

If keto requires medium-low protein, and OMAD spends a lot of time not eating, do they work if you wanna strengthen a decently fit upper torso yet SPECIALLY reduce a big belly?

So Ive been doing the cobra stretching and other yoga type things mixed in with weights and calisthenics not even knowing it was an actual technique for growth.

I eat 3 times a day superfood only i really enjoy me food.
I lost 14 kgs in 8 weeks going gym 5/6 days a week only 4 kgs left to reach my goal.

If ur skinny all u need to do is heavy compound lifts especially squats u get more core activation and development then crunches
