I don't have a pancake butt but according to my Physical Therapist, I have very weak glutes and lower body and that is what's causing my back and SI joint pain. I never knew how out important or glutes actually are! thanks for sharing this video!

Ive seen people who no matter what they do still have a pancake ass, and whilst in the past before toilets, we squatted to do a dump, we didnt do it in repetitions of set numbers

Why not get silicon butt injections? Kim Kardashian has been doing it for years, her butt is bigger than her whole body it looks like an overloaded dump truck!

My knees won't take the ass to the grass squats. I've always had problems with them but I made it a lot worse by endurance running.
